Renting
Who can drive?
Drivers aged 25 or over with a full licence held for at least three years. For some cars the minimum age is 30.
Is insurance included?
Yes, fully comprehensive insurance is included, with an excess shown on each car. You can reduce the excess when you reserve.
How does the deposit work?
A refundable deposit is held on a credit card when you collect the car and released when it comes back.
How many miles can I drive?
Each car shows the miles included per day. Unlimited mileage is available as an extra.
Delivery and collection
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in London and to Heathrow and London City airports. Further afield on request.
Can I collect from the showroom?
Of course. The car will be waiting in Mount Row, warmed up and ready.
Buying
Do your cars come with a warranty?
Every car for sale comes with at least 12 months of warranty, and its full history report.
Can I part exchange my car?
Yes. Tell us about it and we will give you a value the same day.
Do you deliver cars you sell?
Yes, anywhere in the UK, on a covered transporter.
